Program/Project Manager

Title: Program/Project Manager

Location: New York- Mid Town

The ideal candidate will have 2 years Project/Program Management experience in Information Management and Records Management

Financial Services a real plus!


Basic Function: To provide program and project management to enterprise-wide records, information and technology teams


Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage and oversee a number of business focused projects on a global scale
  • Coordinate roadmaps and plans across projects, programs and teams to ensure coordination across the program
  • Develop or assist with documentation efforts

For each project:

o Serve as the primary contact for all cross-functional team members

o Manage and track all activities.

o Coordinate and facilitate project meetings

o Document and track issues and risks and facilitate resolutions

o Drive Progress forward to completion

o Track, demonstrate and communicate achievements


Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in project management
  • Self-motivated
  • Can work both independently and under direction
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities while cognizant of deadlines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and client services skills
  • Demonstrates intermediate to advanced software skills particularly MS Excel, Project and Visio
  • Experience with information management is desirable but not essential


Maintains working partnerships with: Information Management (IM), Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) and Information Technology System Owners (ITSO) as well as other Records Management team members.
