The candidate for the Business Systems Analyst / Usability Analyst consulting position will provide, Business Systems Architecture services to various product development projects. All projects occur in the cross-functional team setting. Responsibilities include: · Lead the analysis of customer User Roles and Processes · Lead the identification and modeling of user/role Business Information Needs · Contribute to current-state Business Process Analysis activities, including process modeling and the identification of key problems, product opportunities, and process improvement opportunities · Contribute to future-state Business Process Design activities, including process modeling for cross-functional operational process flows · Contribute to the development of Product Release Plans that identify product software development and process improvement efforts over time · Work with usability analysts to integrate the User Experience Design and Conceptual User Frameworks with the User Interface Design · Facilitate cross-functional work-sessions and conduct user interviews · Contribute to activities for the creation of the User Experience Vision, application concept Storyboards, and Low-Fidelity Prototypes · Contribute to conceptual application Prototype activities · Identify Architecture and Integration Requirements from the Conceptual User Frameworks. · Contribute to activities for the design of Conceptual User Frameworks - including Content Management, Personalization, and integration with Product Branding and Look-and-Feel Guidelines |

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Candidates for the Business Systems Analyst / Usability Analyst position must possess extensive knowledge and work experience with Business Process Analysis and Design, and Business Information Needs Modeling practices and procedure. This position requires a minimum of 8-10 years of IT-related experience with a minimum of 3 years business systems analyst role. Experience with HEALTH products a strong plus. Experience with pharmaceutical marketing and sales application systems and data a strong plus. Experience in accelerated development a strong plus. REQUIRED SKILLS: · Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills · Mature, confident, a good relationship-builder · Strong understanding and experience with Information Products design, and Business Information Needs modeling · Experience working with Cross-functional Software Product Development Teams (i.e. representatives from marketing, customer, business architecture, technical architectures, operations, and service areas, respectively) · Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and practices · Strong Process Modeling and Facilitation skills · Strong understanding and experience with Enterprise Architecture concepts, and the progression from conceptual to logical to physical modeling; Seamlessly integrates process, user, data, systems, and technology perspectives into work approach · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree plus 6-10 years experience preferred; 8-12 years working experience in lieu of a masters degree. |
